Create Estimate

This is the estimate generator screen. As you can see, a drop down list is available to select current/existing customers, or you can create a new customer by clicking the Add New button. All fields are automatically populated when you select a customer. The copy button in the center saves time when the location and billing information is the same. Just click on it and the billing data is automatically copied to the location fields. Enter the round trip miles, parking expense, if any, and select an agreement type. Click the save button and you are taken to the HVAC Estimate screen where you are ready to build the estimate.

This location data can be edited manually, as required.
