This is the customer manager screen. As you can see, the data is sorted alphabetically by location rather than customer making it much easier to locate your estimates. You can search by keyword, filter data and also track the status of your estimates. Notice that one of the features of the customer manager is to display the estimate value for all five agreement types at once. Another feature is the ability to store a photo of the job site making it easy to recognize when you land on a customer location. You can create new customers, create new estimates for an existing customer or even copy a complete estimate when you have similar size facilities, such as "big box" stores. (i.e. Best Buy, Home Depot, etc.) This data can be edited manually in the tabbed area below. You can also maintain notes and create multiple billing addresses for a job location. |
