Equipment, Filter & Belt Data Screens

The information provided in the Equipment Data screen will assist the service manager and the technician regarding specific maintenance requirements. Belts and filters are added to the equipment from the tabs below. If you have multiple pieces of equipment that are the same manufacturer, size and model number, you only have to enter all of the data once. After that, click the 'Copy' button to duplicate that piece of equipment leaving you to edit only the Unit ID and enter a new serial number. All filters and belts also copy over with the new record. The information included here is then calculated to give you just the right price. |
