This is the equipment data screen. As you can see, collecting data at this level has many advantages. There is information here that will assist the service manager and the technician regarding specific maintenance requirements. Belts and filters are added to the equipment from the tabs below. If you have multiple pieces of equipment that are the same manufacturer, size and model number, you only have to enter all of the data once. After that, click the copy button to duplicate that piece of equipment leaving you to edit only the Unit ID and enter a new serial number. All filters and belts also copy over with the new record.
