Can I add equipment types?
Yes, the Service Estimator supports custom equipment types. You define the equipment, the time involved to service the equipment and the dollars that will be necessary for repairs. Any custom equipment types you enter are stored so you can use them again and again.

Access platform and requires Microsoft Access® software to run on your PC. 
Can I use multiple labor rates?
Yes, you can use an average labor rate for two categories. Labor Grade Level 1 (journeyman) & Labor Grade Level 2 (mechanic). The percentage of time spent on the job for each custom labor rate is set on a job by job basis.
Are your estimates competitive?
Our estimates are your
estimates. If you have low labor rates and don't markup materials very high you will get very cheap prices. The estimates you get are as profitable or unprofitable as you make them. The labor hours used in Service Estimator are designed to be profitable if you follow the Default Pricing Rates setup instructions in the
user guide document.
