The Document Library contains a wide variety of sample forms and reports relating to all areas of your business. It includes everything from sample surveys, training registrations, safety forms, confidentiality agreements, job descriptions, and employment forms.
These documents are a collection of the most widely used forms in almost any
business or industry. Some have been edited to appropriately fit the HVAC
industry.
Downloading Files
Word, Excel and PowerPoint Files: When you open
forms under this section they will open as Microsoft Office files. which are associated to the
Word, Excel or PowerPoint programs as indicated. This will allow you to perform the "Save As"
command, to save the document or spreadsheet name of your choice as well as editing for your company's particular needs.
Note: All files are 'Read Only' until saved.
PDF File: Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free program for viewing documents, available from Adobe. This will allow you to view and print out the document, but not to edit and make changes to the document. If you wish to make changes such as adding your company name and logo to customize the document, you will need to open the document in the MS Office Document suggested
above.
